10 Years Strong!

Time has a habit of racing ahead, which feels appropriate for a business built around recovering what others try to take. It still feels like yesterday that Wezindlela first set out, yet here we are marking ten years in 2026.

Reaching a decade in this industry gives us a strong sense of steadiness. We have handled tough recoveries, celebrated big wins, and learnt plenty along the way. Through it all, we have kept moving with purpose. As we approach this milestone, we want to acknowledge the people and partners who brought us here.

First, our partners. Strong relationships have always underpinned our work, so we will be hosting a family day shooting event for our clients, prospective clients, suppliers and their families as part of our year-long celebrations. It’s an opportunity to put phones aside, step out of meeting rooms, and connect in a more relaxed environment, with a touch of healthy competition.

We are just as focused internally. Competence remains non-negotiable, and to strengthen that, we have appointed qualified instructors to oversee our in-house training programme. This is not a public training centre; it exists solely to ensure our teams maintain the standards required for vehicle recovery.

And while our roots remain firmly here in South Africa, we are looking ahead with intent. Exploring opportunities elsewhere in Africa is a challenge we are ready to take on, backed by the experience we have built over the last decade.

We enter our second decade knowing that every achievement, every recovery, and every lesson were shaped by the people standing beside us.
